New Year brings new things

First of all, let me send out best wishes to all for you and your families in the following year! No matter how good or bad past year was for you, I hope following 12 months will bring you more success and happiness in business and personal life. Turn of a calendar is always a good thing to start with something new, try to improve our lives.

As you can see some changes has happened to Css Globe. Besides the new design, there are some alterations in course. So far CSSG has been community driven site and that went well. I must say that I am extremely pleased with quality of posts, that you, dear members, provide daily. That is exactly what I hoped for when I started with this site. I wish to thank you all.

A couple of months ago I have been advised to start writing articles with css related content. I have written a few, and that went quite well. So, I decided to bring the two together and have both: exclusive, blog-like content in cssg and yet keep all the goodness that members deliver in community news section. I also had in mind to bring back the showcase gallery. The gallery items will have brief (and not so brief) review and will be managed by CSSG editors so it will be somewhat different form css galleries around.

So, that’s it, CSSG became a Web Standards Magazine. I hope you’ll enjoy it!
