   CSS IS NOT A PROGRAMMING LANGUAGE!! (I like the idea thought kinda).

   I like the idea. I just don't know how many pages of the sites I create will reuse layout components. If the <div> has a different background, it's probably going to have a different size, too. Seems like this idea would be very appropriate in a web application development where there might be re-use.
